Freshpet - the real fresh pet food!

About this mission

At Freshpet, we believe all food should start with fresh ingredients and end with fresh food, which is why we are uncompromising when it comes to the quality of the food we make for our pets. And we promise to uphold our values by never adding any preservatives or additives to our recipes.

In this Mission we would like to see bright lifestyle photos of your pets (and you!) with subtle branding elements.

Requirements:

• emphasis on photography that shows the product in motion/in use (opening the fridge, pet anticipation/excitement when they see it, preparing food for pet (slicing or putting into bowls), pet eating and pet enjoying/thanking the parent


• bright and airy kitchen or living room (preferred Scandinavian or Modern Farmhouse interiors)


• product should always be somewhere in the shot


• no senior dogs/cats or puppies/kittens (unless specified for a specific recipe)


• no metal leashes and collars


• interior shots only


• refrigerated food - you have to slice and cube the roll first


• orientation: landscape only


• no children


• female pet parents only


• no bare feet


• no nail polish (unless neutral)


• no jewelry (wedding rings or statement pieces)


• DO NOT SHOW PEAS when doing shots with the ingredients (check example photos for tips on how to style the bowl)

Ideas:

• pets interacting with their pet parents (faces are ok, but not necessary), pet is the hero of the shot


• pet parent POV


• sincere / funny moments between pets and pet parents


• pet anticipation at mealtime


• "thank you" moments between pets and pet parents


• doing tricks


• open mouth ”smiling”
