The red metal staircase leads up to the „Pulaski Bridge“ that spans the E River at „Newtown Creek“ from LIC, Queens to Greenpoint, Bklyn. Pedestrians ascend this way to walk over the bridge in their own lane. 2022. Hypnotic Productions

The “Pulaski Bridge” is raising the red & white striped barrier that goes down when the bridge is opened to let tall ships through. It is raised to signal to all commuters that the bridge is open for traffic again. 2022. Hypnotic Productions
