Do I receive raw footage or a ready-to-use ads?
You receive both.
- Creators provide raw footage, which includes variations of hooks, pain points, and calls to action (CTAs).
- Foap’s post-production team then combines these elements to create ready-to-use user-generated content (UGC) ads.
- This way, you receive both the finalized, ready-to-use ads and all the original raw footage.
Do I need to pay creators?
No, creator costs are included in the price and everything is handled by Foap.
Can I select my own creators?
Yes, you have the freedom to choose your own creators. We will send you a recommended list of creators based on your industry, vertical, brief, target audience etc. From there you will be able to pick and choose the ones you wish to collaborate with.

Upon payments, you get full rights to the content produced by Foap.
What if I don’t like the videos / creators / creative concepts?
Creating high-performing and engaging video ads is a process! We are platform experts (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube) – you are the brand expert. It takes 2 to tango 🙂 We will follow your lead and openly allow for feedback and revisions until we get ads that are on-brand, and optimized for current best practices!
How long does it take for you to produce video ads?
This depends on the scope of the campaign and the brief. The general rule of thumb is:
- Ads made from your existing materials – within 48h from recieving all the necessary materials & brief you will recieve first drafts.
- Creator Ads – within 10days from approval of creative concepts you will recieve the first drafts
