Reaching for something but not quite sure what.

A scrumptious orzo morning pasta complete with chicken sausage, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, parsley, and mozzarella, topped with a crispy parmesan breadcrumb crust. Broiled in the oven in a cast iron pan for added taste.
