This car , my favorite, was titled a Half Rat for the rat rods. Notice the street signs are used as panels . A screwdriver is used as a column shift and and an old phone handset is used as door handle and armrest and an old rusty wrench

a large family crypt long since last used. the top has half of what looks like it was a greek godess with an urn. unknown how or when it broke off.

a very old gravesite where the tombstone is more of a niche to place offerings, light candles or bouquets of flowers. the rusted lock shows it has been sometime anyone has opened it.

using my new Google phone I tried to take a picture of the moon. moon hid behind clouds. no filter used. night sky and stars can be seen clearly between the clouds.

I am still a rather novice when it comes to crocheting. I am making triangle granny squares using scrap yarn to make a blanket.

Taken in my garden. Its summer and this bee is busy with this sunflower.

taken this morning from my front porch. this morning was pretty clear compared to the last couple of days , it was hazy due to a few fires in the area. still very hot . 70 degrees at 6am.

sitting enjoying a cold drink on a qarm sunny afternoon watching a procession lead by mariachis toward the mission in San Juan Bautista.

crab fishing cage alongside a fish market that on a pier in Monterey. The market was clised for the day and thus was just left there.

while walking through Oak Hill Cemetery in San Jose I found a few of the older family mausoleums open with doors and gates rusting..leaves piling up inside.

all the acorn from my acorn tree. I rake almost every day for weeks. endless acorns during the fall.

one of the few graveside that was in good condition. at the ghost town if Bodie Cemetery.

This little chipmunk waits for me to refill the bird feeder and water bucket. possibly displaced from all the fires in the area. It's sits on some tree branches we trimmed for fire safety.

it's spring time but here in Northern California we are having another snow storm. It is water we need. I am in no rush for fire season.

Took my daughter in law to the cemetary to place flowers at my dad's and her grandparent's gravesites. we then walked in the oldest section of the Mission Cemetery in Santa Clara.

it was a stormy day here in CA and our Great Dane and our mixed Great Dane were a little anxious and one was looking out the window whereas our Great Pyrenees took a nap. I used my new Google Pixel 7.
