The grass-covered dunes on the beach in Bay Head, NJ. Taken from a platform you reach by stairs that offers an overhead view. Clouds fill the sky above, but in between are patches of bright blue. A few people are on the beach enjoying the ocean.

A scrambled egg and cheese with spinach and tomato on a sprouted grain bagel flat that I enjoyed at a local Panera Bread. I love Panera because I can customize my breakfast sandwich to add some vegetables to my morning meal.

Ice cream sandwich made by putting vanilla ice cream between two halves of a chocolate cookie. I used Stop & Shop Brand Churn style ice cream and an Archway Dutch Chocolate Cookie. Yum 😋

White foam tops a coffee drink called NJ Transit, which is made from expresso and hot chocolate with steamed milk and cinnamon. I enjoyed this delicious hot drink at a local restaurant called Taylor Sam’s.
